  1. Ossification of Posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL).
  2. Left trigeminal neuralgia.
  3. Right frontal meningioma.
  4. Spinal tuberculosis with right pleural effusion.
  5. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, likely due to left MCA aneurysm rupture.
  6. Aortic aneurysm. Also consolidation in the left upper lobe.
  7. Hypertensive haemorrhage in right gangliocapsular region.
  8. Focal nodular hyperplasia
  9. Right frontal glioma.
  10. Giant cell tumor involving proximal aspect of left tibia.
