• Website migrated to a super-fast private webserver. More performance upgrades coming.

• I have added quick access to all relevant pages (spotters, videos, cases, etc.) in the community. Screenshot.
• I have rolled out a new update that disables ads on ALL pages for members. All you have to do is be logged into the website. As long as you’re logged in, paid members will not have ads on any pages. There might be a few glitches as the feature is still rolling out. If you are still seeing ads, please reach out to me via the contact form, and I will look into it.
• New feature: Radiology Case of the Day! Daily short radiology cases with images, key imaging findings, focused teaching points, OSCE questions and MCQs — perfect for 5–10 minute revision. Watch this video tutorial for details:

• Prices will be increasing soon. If you sign up now, you get to keep the current pricing FOREVER.
• Teaching points added for spotter sets 51 to 76. All cases now have teaching points for quick revision.
• Added quick revision teaching points for daily MCQs. Screenshot. Example post.
• Members can now add their suggestions on their account page and vote for suggestions in the community. This will help prioritize what needs to be done to improve the content for members.
• The billing currency for memberships is switching from INR to CAD to help you save money. The payment processor was charging significant fees for currency conversion when processing INR transactions, and those savings are being passed directly to you by billing in CAD instead. This change will result in lower overall costs for the services while maintaining the same quality and features you expect. You may notice that you’re now being charged in CAD, and the amounts may be slightly different than those previously stated – typically on the lower side due to these savings from eliminating currency conversion fees. Nothing changes for you as the end user. You will need a credit or debit card with international payments activated, as before.
• Added an index of radiology signs. These are updated daily.
• Follow our Telegram Channel for daily Radiology MCQs. Members can access these in the private community with detailed explanations regarding correct and incorrect options.
• I have upgraded our video hosting platform and it is now faster than before.

• I’ve modified the template for spotter teaching points from set 60 onwards because some of the points are too objective. If you come across a teaching point that feels incomplete, please let me know.
• If you have a large social media following, check out the RadioGyan Partner Program.
• A few case-spotter sets (around 28–40) were inaccessible after a recent update. This has been fixed. Thanks to Nandish for reporting the issue and sharing a video of the error. Please submit a video or screenshot of any error to help me resolve issues more quickly.

• There was an error with OSCE sets 391-400, which has now been corrected. Thanks to Pratik for pointing that out.
