Frequently Asked Questions

Membership & Content Information

What is included in the membership? You can find the full details of what is included in each plan here: RadioGyan Membership Levels.
How can I access content? Check your account. You will be able to access content depending on the membership levels you signed up for.
How many radiology cases are included? There are 700+ cases arranged in sets of 10. You can check the latest list here: RadioGyan Cases List.
Is there a free trial? Given the nature of the content, there is no free trial. You can sign up to access this sample set: Radiology Spotter Set [Free Access]
What subscription options are available? You can subscribe for 3 months or one year. One year subscription gives you nearly 2 months free. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end.
When you sign up there is an option for you to choose recurring or one-time payments. It is your responsibility to make the correct choice and ensure that you are billed appropriately.
Why should you sign up for this course when everything is free elsewhere? Good question. When you are preparing for your exam, you need to be focused on your preparation. These are high-yield cases that we have collected and filtered for exams. You can always surf around for free resources and learn. If you come across a good one please let me know so that I can share it with other residents too!
What is the format of the cases? Cases are presented as PowerPoint slides in sets of 10. Answers are provided on the page with short explanations and links to relevant resources. You can sign up to access this sample set: Radiology Spotter Set [Free Access]
What systems are covered? All radiology systems are covered. Nuclear medicine is not included. Currently cases are arranged randomly, but I plan to update system-wise cases in the near future.
Is video explanation available for ALL cases? No. The core product is spot cases with diagnosis. I have tried to provide an explanation for a few case sets and will be updating these regularly, including video descriptions. Currently, at least 30 case sets have video explanations.

Payments & Billing

How do I update my payment details? You can do that on the membership billing page.
What payment methods are available? Payment can be made ONLY using a credit card or debit card WITH international transactions. All payments are processed via a secure payment processor (Stripe). If you do not have a credit or debit card with international payments, you can ask your friend or colleague for the same.
I am having issues with payments This is the number one help request I receive, and in 100% of cases, it comes from Indian residents. The easiest way to fix this is to use a debit or credit card with INTERNATIONAL payments active. If you have set this up, try a couple of times and the payment should work.

I understand your concern regarding the failed payments from Indian users, and I empathize with their situation. Unfortunately, I am unable to directly address this issue as it is subject to the strict regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India. Moreover, many Indian users are accustomed to the convenience of UPI, which adds another layer of complexity.

It’s worth mentioning that our payment processor, Stripe, is one of the most renowned in the world and handles billions of payments daily without any reported issues at their end. However, I assure you that I will continue to actively search for a solution that can accommodate everyone’s needs.
How can I pay using UPI (Unified Payment Interface)? I would not recommend this method as your membership has to be manually upgraded. If you still wish to pay using UPI, click here: UPI Payment.
My card was charged but I do not have access to memberships. Once in a while, there can be an issue with syncing your payments. First, try logging out and then logging in again.

If you paid using UPI, you have to wait until I manually activate it. It usually takes 1-2 days. If I am away, it may take up to 1-2 weeks. This is the reason why credit card payments are preferred as they are automated.
If you still cannot access the content:
  • If you are already a member: Drop me an email using our contact form.
  • If you are not a member: Kindly create a free account on RadioGyan using this link: Free Membership RadioGyan. I shall upgrade your account on the back end.
I cancelled my membership and was still charged. Please reach out via the contact form above. If it was a technical glitch, you will get a full refund. If you were late in cancelling your subscription, you will get the refund after deducting transaction fees.
Can I ask for a refund? Is there a money-back guarantee? Given the nature of the content, refunds are not possible. If your subscription was renewed by mistake, reach out to me within 3 days and I shall refund you the subscription. However, if you are not able to clear your exam, you can reach out to me with your results and I will extend your membership until your next exam.
Will I have to pay more in case the prices increase? If you select auto-renewal when you signed up, you can keep the same prices FOREVER. If you DO NOT select auto-renewal when you sign up, unfortunately, you will have to pay the current price.

Account Management & Support

How can I edit my personal details? You can edit your profile on this page: Edit Profile
I would like to get the membership but cannot afford it. What are my options? I can understand. You can take advantage of our “Share and Grow Scholarships.” The most effective way to learn is by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

How does this work?
  • Share a radiology case image with a learning point in our Telegram (@radiogyan) or Facebook groups. It can be a case from the internet, not necessarily your own. Remember to provide credit to the source (e.g., RadioGraphics).
  • Share cases at least five days a week.
  • Once you have shared cases for a month, reach out to me for further instructions.
Access to membership content will be granted as long as you consistently share cases. Please refrain from contacting me via PM or email until you have posted cases for a few weeks. These messages will be ignored.
How do I delete my account? If you wish to delete your RadioGyan account, please follow these steps:
  • Use the contact form provided on the website.
  • In your message, include the email ID you used to sign up for the account.
  • Submit the form, and you will receive confirmation of your request.

You will not be charged for further membership. Do note that you WILL NOT get a refund for the current membership period.

I did not get any email confirmation after registration. What should I do? Emails are sent from the system. Please check your SPAM folder for the email ID: admin at the rate radiogyan dot com and add it to your inbox (preferably in your “Primary tab” if you are using Gmail). Simply replying to the email will also ensure that future emails land in your inbox.
I need help. How can I get support? If you are having technical issues or if you have suggestions/feedback, please email your query in detail using the contact page.
Please give up to 24hrs time to sort out the issue considering the time difference. DO NOT contact me on social media platforms as I will not be able to answer queries there.
I signed up but am not able to access YouTube Video lectures YouTube videos are hosted separately and getting a membership website won’t allow access to those videos on YouTube. However, all premium videos are hosted on our website, ad-free.
