Members are permitted to access their account on only ONE device at a time. Multiple simultaneous logins from different locations will result in automatic account lockout. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing of membership credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of account access without refund.

Subscription and Payments

Prices are subject to change, but members on auto-renewal will maintain their original subscription rate indefinitely.
Subscription automatically renews at the end of the membership period unless canceled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their membership profile.
No refunds will be issued for the current membership period upon cancellation.
Refund requests for accidental renewals must be submitted within 3 days of the renewal date.

Content Usage Rights
